ElfomoFi curator infrastructure is ready for trading firms to launch and operate their own Prop-AMMs on top of ElfomoFi. The first public vault is a delta-neutral strategy curated by Elfomo Labs.
How Vaults Work
- Users deposit supported assets into a vault.
- The vault mints yield-bearing el-Tokens that represent the user's share.
- The curator deploys vault capital into an active Prop-AMM strategy.
- DEX aggregators and solvers route flow to ElfomoFi when quotes are competitive.
- Strategy returns accrue back to the vault and are reflected in the value of el-Tokens.
Why Vaults Matter
Traditional DEX liquidity is usually passive. LP capital sits on a curve, pricing can lag global markets, and LPs can suffer impermanent loss when markets move.
ElfomoFi vaults are built for active, market-aware liquidity. Curated Prop-AMMs quote around oracle-driven prices, seek tighter execution for traders, and give depositors access to market-making strategies that are designed to be delta-neutral.
Curator Model
Curators are responsible for operating Prop-AMM strategies on ElfomoFi infrastructure. ElfomoFi gives trading firms the vault, routing, SDK, and smart contract infrastructure needed to run onchain market-making strategies without building the full stack from scratch.
This creates three connected benefits:
- DeFi users can access uncorrelated, market-making oriented yield through public vaults.
- Trading firms can run Prop-AMMs without building the full execution and vault infrastructure from scratch.
- Token projects can seed tighter day-one liquidity and improve onchain price discovery.
